GO DREW BREES!!!!

This is really Amanda's Purdue Football Jersey but we thought it was appropriate to wear for the Superbowl!

She fell asleep during the game and people were watching it in our room. So.....

We rolled the crib into the bathroom so it could be more peaceful and quiet for her. Not many options in a hotel room!!!

Feelin BAD!

Poor Amanda got these sores around her mouth and on her tongue. She had a fever and was miserable. She wouldn't touch a bottle for almost two weeks. We felt so bad for her! She also got her first trip to the doctor who said we just had to ride it out but gave us more baby tylenol and baby motrin for which we were really grateful! And I am SO thankful to all my friends who gave me tons of great advice when I was freaking out!

These feet were made for walkin!

Check out those juicy thighs!!!

Although Amanda loves to eat her feet, she much prefers to "stand" with our help and "walk" around. We spent hours doing this in the hotel and on the many plane rides.

Amanda meets her first relative!

Mike's cousin Anne just moved to China and lives near Guangzhou so she came to meet Amanda! She brought Amanda cute teddy bears and brought mommy and daddy some much needed chocolate!! It was so fun to see Anne and meet her wonderful boyfriend Ezra! Unfortunately Amanda wasn't in a great mood as she was pretty sick as you will soon see in pictures coming up. But Anne and Ezra were great and we were so thankful to them for coming to see us!!

Arriving in Guangzhou and SO thankful to be there!

The group and all our stuff!

The name of our room in our hotel in Guangzhou

Ahhhhh--SUCH a nice room and such a nice treat after the week in Nanchang.

One tired baby...or so we thought before she woke up about 4 more times that night.

One tired daddy falling asleep in the massage chair. He really was tired and didn't wake up once that night unlike his daughter:-)

Off to the medical exam for Adoption paperwork early the next morning.

Amanda and Lucia checking each other out

They are SUCH good friends!

Matt and Mike imitating their daughters form of communication. They are such good friends too:-)

Amanda was 21 lbs and 29.5 inches long!

Mommy had to fill out paperwork after the medical exams. Came back to find Amanda zonked out and daddy working away. She wouldn't sleep in the crib so they made this comprimise.
